Oatmeal Scotchies

 1 cup Butter
 ¾ cup Sugar
 ¾ cup Brown Sugar
 2 Large eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 ¼ cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Salt
 3 cups oats
 1 ⅔ cups Butterscotch morsels

Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together well

Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and cinnamon) to the bowl and mix well until smooth textured

Add oats and butterscotch morsels, and mix to your preference

Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet

Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes
