Light Chocolate Icing

 1 Confectioners Sugar (3 cups sifted)
 2 tbsp Hershey's cocoa
 2 tbsp shortening (heaping tbsp)
 1 tbsp vanilla
 Milk - until it's the right consistency

Mix confectioners sugar, cocoa, shortening and vanilla together. Slowly wet with milk in small amounts until it's the right consistency. Beat it hard till smooth.

This should just be enough for a 9" 2 layer cake.
